After confirming your reservation status, please submit the “Okinawa Motorsports Multi-Field Usage Permit Application (Form No. 1),” along with the usage application form and equipment usage application form, directly to the facility’s front desk, or submit them via email or fax.

If applicable, please also submit the “Okinawa Motorsports Multi-Field Usage Fee Reduction/Exemption Application (Form No. 8).”

◎Application for Reduction or Waiver of Usage Fees

Once you have been notified that your reservation has been approved, please pay at least half of the facility usage fee to the designated administrator no later than 30 days prior to the date of use. Please note that if payment is not confirmed by the deadline, your reservation will be considered canceled and the facility will be made available to others.

◎Usage Fee

If the facility manager deems it necessary, we may ask you to attend a detailed meeting regarding the specifics of your reservation between 30 and 7 days prior to your scheduled date.
